We meet on site. What you want to use the space for, the constraints, and where the project sits in your plans.

Feasibility and brief
An honest look at what the site allows — levels, access, drainage and materials — and a realistic budget band before anything else moves.

Detail and pricing
Pricing built from your site and drawings, not a template. You receive a clear scope and transparent pricing, with allowances and exclusions identified before construction begins.

Pre-construction
Programme set, materials ordered, approvals sorted where required, and finishes confirmed before we start.

Build
A well-run site: clear updates, progress photos, one point of contact and the site left tidy each day.

Handover
A clean finish, care and maintenance advice, and the same person still answering the phone afterwards.
